Current clients include Clarks Shoes, British American Tobacco, Procter & Gamble and Atlantic Properties. We have had an ongoing relationship with many of our Clients over several years and are proud of this repeat business.

Commercial projects have included both speculative and owner occupied premises ranging up to 125,000ft² of floor area.

Projects include new build and refurbishment offices, upgrading of building fabric, fit-outs, a shopping village, rationalisation of site services and infrastructure works to fire reinstatement valuations for individual shops. Project values range from £0.50 million to in excess of £30 million.

We are often involved from very early feasibility stage including input into setting of budgets for future years and strategic planning of site development. SelwayJoyce provide pro-active project management, procurement and cost advice so the design team are able to confidently develop their proposals within a defined cost framework.
