Development monitoring is all about the management of risk. Risk is best managed by a logical and well thought out process of design, costing, contractual terms, tendering and contract procurement and construction monitoring.
We undertake the initial report in the form dictated by the Funder up to the point where the contractor has been selected, contracts drafted and construction is ready to commence to enable the Funder to make the final decision to authorise drawdown.
During construction we attend site to validate the draw down request and report on progress, projected final account, currency of insurances, condition discharge and any arising issues.
Should the building owner require, we assist with any financial and contractual aspect of their project to ensure due process is observed to provide positive reports to help the funder to agree to the loan and drawdowns.
