SelwayJoyce offer a bespoke Service to become the voice of the Client throughout the lifetime of the project.
Our first task is to define the brief to accurately reflect the Clients requirements and then manage the team to deliver the requirements of the brief to cost, time and quality.
We organise the design team structure, framework and lines of communications to suit the project. We lead from the front and harness and promote goodwill within the design team.
Development of project brief.
Design team selection and appointment.
Risk evaluation and management.
Management of design and tendering.
Management of the construction process.
Management of client fit-out, commissioning and occupation.
As employer’s agent we manage the procurement and construction phase of a project which has usually been let under a design and build contract.
Throughout the project SelwayJoyce will:
Establish the client’s requirements.
Scrutinise and agree the contractor’s proposals.
Provide the client with information to enable him to make decisions.
Ensure the client’s requirements are met.
Act as the link between client and contractor.
