Art, Galleries, Music and Museums

Recent projects in this sector include the stylish Windmill Hill Archive Centre for Lord Rothschild at Waddesdon Estate and Clarks headquarters in Street to create an archive and museum of Clarks family artefacts.

Both these buildings involve ‘passive’ archive stores, a decision driven by client preference although our detailed knowledge and experience in this sector has enabled us to assist in the decision making process both from a capital and cost in use perspective.

We have also been involved in numerous highly successful arts projects including the Visitors Centre at Nymans Garden for the National Trust, the Sackler Library and Chinese Painting Gallery at the Ashmolean Library for Oxford University and the National Maritime Museum and Winchester University's sound recording studio, as well as feasibility studies for an Art Gallery for the Welcome Trust.
